By downloading, installing, or using the Hushify browser extension ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Hushify grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software strictly in accordance with these Terms. This license is for personal or internal business use.

3. Hushify Pro & Payments

Hushify offers both a free tier and a premium tier ("Hushify Pro").

• Payments: All payments for Hushify Pro are securely processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing a Pro license, you also agree to the applicable terms of purchase provided by Lemon Squeezy during checkout.
• Lifetime License: The Hushify Pro purchase grants you "lifetime" access to the current major version of the software, as long as the software remains available and functional.

4. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Refund Policy)

We want you to be completely satisfied with Hushify Pro. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. To request a refund, please reply to your Lemon Squeezy order email or contact us directly at hello@hushify.net with your order details. Once a refund is processed, your Pro license will be deactivated.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected. Use the Software at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Hushify, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or loss of productivity, arising out of your use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Modifications to the Software and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Software at any time, with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
